The Frank Black Middle School Tennis Booster Club's mission is to empower the HISD students to participate and excel in competitive tennis. 

The FBMS Booster Club as three funding objectives:

1. Refurbishment of FBMS tennis courts.

2. Repainting Waltrip High School tennis courts.

3. Adding a third pickleball court at FBMS to host USTA Red & Orange Ball tournaments.
