The Frank Black Middle School Tennis Booster Club is dedicated to supporting world-class tennis programs that enable HISD students to maximize their athletic opportunities and foster character development. The Club empowers a vibrant community of supporters, parents, and alumni who are committed to the success of HISD student-athletes. We focus on promoting sportsmanship and teamwork while ensuring that student-athletes thrive both in the classroom and on the tennis court. 

The Tennis Booster Club has established the following multi-year goals: - Retain and attract students to HISD schools. - Provide essential resources for existing and new tennis facilities. - Implement programs that enable students to develop the tennis skills needed to compete in events successfully. 

The FBMS Booster Club has four booster club strategic  funding objectives:

1. Refurbishment of FBMS tennis courts.

2. Repainting Waltrip High School tennis courts.

3. Adding a third pickleball court and repainting the courts to host USTA Orange Ball tournaments

4. Add two USTA-designed tennis courts at FBMS.
